We operate nationally although there may be some restrictions or additional charges depending on the location of the event, but we always try to avoid this wherever possible.
Frequently Asked Questions (Hen Parties)
We always come to you, without exception. We don’t have any set or pre-determined venues where we run events as this wouldn’t be practical for the vast majority of clients as we operate nationally. We know that this is both an advantage and a disadvantage, depending on your circumstances and preferences.
Our hen party clients often have other things arranged for the day or already have a venue, so location and timing are critical. Because we come to you, you have complete control over when and where the chocolate making hen party is run.
No, we don’t, for several important and considered reasons. We don’t where you want to hold the chocolate making event or other important factors e.g. transport links, nearby bars or restaurants etc or the type and style of venue you’re after or the facilities you require.
Many pubs, bars and hotels have function rooms they are happy to provide FOC.
We can run the chocolate making class for you in pretty much any type of venue. We’ve run events in domestic kitchens, dining rooms, pubs, bars and hotels, village halls, community centres, marquees etc.
Very little really – sufficient numbers of tables & chairs for guests and power sockets for our melting tanks of chocolate! We don’t need a sink as we bring anti-bacterial hand gel.
Give or take around 2 hrs but this depends on the number of guests. The chocolate making class can be made shorter if needed, but we think this is the ideal length of time as there are a lot of fun things to do and make!
No, we bring all that’s needed. The only thing you need to provide is the venue.
Less than you’d think given what’s provided and what guests do and make. Please contact with where you’d like it run and the number of guests, and we’ll provide you with a fixed cost.
When you book we take a deposit and issue you with a receipt. The balance of payment can be made anytime up to a few days before we run the event for you. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept cash or cheques on the day of the event, BACS transfer only.
All ages. We’ve had children and ‘mature ladies’ attend and every age inbetween, plus the odd gay guest too. All are very welcome!
No problem at all. We have a very detailed and comprehensive understanding of all the foods we use. We will happily advise your friends, on the day, what they can and cannot eat and it won’t affect their participation in the chocolate making hen party class in any way whatsoever.
Yes, £5M PLI cover.
We have a 5* food hygiene rating issued by our local council. Anything less than this is inexcusable in our opinion.
